Weight loss round 2...week 1

I'm not going to go into a long full detail story because let's face it, who really wants to read it and in all honesty I don't really want to type it ; ) However, many people have asked how I'm losing weight so I figured I would type these little blurbs and you can all follow me on my little journey! Exciting right? So here it is...Ready, set, GO!

July 2012 
  • time to make a change
  • gym 5-6 days a week
  • lots and lots of fresh fruits and veggies (farmers market during the summer is amazing!) 
  • no fast food 
  • diet soda only
September 2012
  • total weight loss: 27lbs
  • Go me : )
November 2012
  • Nursing school schedule was beyond crazy busy
  • went to the gym maybe once :(
December 2012
  • Semester ended Dec.4th
  • Dec.5th-went to the gym first thing in the morning, stepped on the scale for the first time in a month
  • 4lb weight gain...fully prepared for at least a 10lb gain so I was very please with just 4lb
  • HOLIDAYS...
  • Dec.5th only day I went to the gym :(
January 2013
  • Weight loss round 2 back in full swing
  • Jan.2nd-again prepared for a 10lb weight gain
  • ZERO lb weight gain!!! (Christmas miracle: )
So there it is up to this point.

Goal: lose 30lbs by May 18th...aka my GRADUATION date!!!! aka the GREATEST day EVER : )

So if for whatever reason you are interested you can tag along with me and enjoy this crazy little journey of mine : ) I'm using this as motivation for myself but I hope that along the way I am a motivation for others to make the change!
