- time to make a change
- gym 5-6 days a week
- lots and lots of fresh fruits and veggies (farmers market during the summer is amazing!)
- no fast food
- diet soda only
- total weight loss: 27lbs
- Go me : )
- Nursing school schedule was beyond crazy busy
- went to the gym maybe once :(
- Semester ended Dec.4th
- Dec.5th-went to the gym first thing in the morning, stepped on the scale for the first time in a month
- 4lb weight gain...fully prepared for at least a 10lb gain so I was very please with just 4lb
- HOLIDAYS...
- Dec.5th only day I went to the gym :(
- Weight loss round 2 back in full swing
- Jan.2nd-again prepared for a 10lb weight gain
- ZERO lb weight gain!!! (Christmas miracle: )
Goal: lose 30lbs by May 18th...aka my GRADUATION date!!!! aka the GREATEST day EVER : )
So if for whatever reason you are interested you can tag along with me and enjoy this crazy little journey of mine : ) I'm using this as motivation for myself but I hope that along the way I am a motivation for others to make the change!
